Design

We work with you throughout the process of digitizing your logo to fit the required needs to put on a patch. If you don’t already have a logo, we will work with you to design a patch that represents your company.

Ordering

We do all of the ordering steps for you. Once we know the color/style of hats you would like and have your patch digitized, we send in the orders to have the materials shipped to our facility, where we begin the production process.

Production

All orders are produced in-house. We make our patch hats the old fashioned way – stitched with needle and thread. Each patch is hand sewn onto your hat which not only provides durability, but also detailed quality control.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, we arrange for the merchandise to be picked up by a carrier and shipped directly to your door step. We provide you with a tracking number so you know when your package will arrive.

How To Order

Request Quote

Fill out the “Request a Quote” tab on our website and let us know your organization/business name, which type of hats you’re interested in, quantity, and any other details we might need to make the hats. Attach your logo if you already have one! 

Design & Specs

We will create mockups for your patch design, as well as mockups of different hat combinations to your specs. You can then approve or request changes.

Review &
Finalize Order

After the final design is approved, we’ll send you an invoice. Once payment is received, you will receive a sample in the form of an image of your physical patch. Once that is approved, your order will be put into production.

Production

All patches are hand-stitched directly onto your hats rather than heat-pressed. Stitching creates a more durable product and makes your design or logo really “pop” off the hat. After production is completed, we package up your hats and ship them to you.

You will have to request a quote to see pricing. There are a bunch of different factors that get factored into your quote, as no two custom orders are the same.

Our standard turnaround time is 5-6 weeks. This is from date of payment received to date of delivery. We do offer express turnaround for an additional fee.

Yes, you will received an image of the physical patch that you will need to approve before they are moved to production.
