Hi! My name is Clayton Lieb, and I’m the current owner of Big River Hat Company. I first learned how to stitch my own patch hats while I was in college, learning from both my Mom and my Aunt. At 19, I co-founded Driftless Quality Wear, a popular outdoor clothing company. Patch hats were (and still are) our main focus, and I quickly realized the appreciation customers had for a quality stitched cap. In 2021, Big River Hat Company was born, and we began offering custom patch hats to brands, businesses, organizations, and side-hustles throughout the US. Since then, we haven’t slowed down, and we continue to be the best in the business when it comes to creating the perfect patch hats!

For us, quality is of the upmost importance. We make our patch hats the old fashioned way – stitched with needle and thread. This ensures durability and really helps your logo stand out. We have eyes on the entire process, and every hat is stitched in-house by our team, right here in the USA. Every cap we produce is made with one goal in mind – to exceed your expectations.
